When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide: ZIP code, the type of help you need, property type, your description of the issue, timeline, name, phone number and email address. We also record how many photos you attached and which page you submitted from.

The current form records only the number of photos selected; it does not upload or store the image files. It also stores the request's city, state and service context, where present, the referring page, the form's landing-page URL and any campaign source, medium and campaign parameters included in that URL.

Hosting and other website service providers may process technical information needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address and browser request information.

We use your request to connect you with structural engineering professionals who work in your area, to follow up about your request, and to improve the site. We do not sell your information for unrelated advertising purposes.

Submitting the form saves your request in the website's database for referral handling by FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC. Request details may be shared with independent structural engineering professionals so they can contact you about the project, as described in the form's disclosure. The form itself does not automatically send requests to professionals or guarantee a referral or response. We use service providers for website hosting and database storage.

Independent professionals are separate service providers. They provide their own quotes and service contracts and are responsible for their own handling of information they receive. This website does not collect payment for their services.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@structuralquotes.com. You can also ask us to stop routing a request. If a professional has already received your details, you may need to contact them directly as well.

FREEMAN HOLDINGS LLC handles these website privacy inquiries through the existing privacy contact above; the same contact is listed on our Contact page. Any additional rights available under applicable privacy law remain unaffected.

Any calls or messages you receive come from the professionals your request was routed to. Ask them directly to stop contacting you if you no longer want to hear from them.

The current form records referral and campaign information with your submitted request. It also creates form-step and submission events in the browser, but the website does not currently load Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager to transmit those events. The current form does not set analytics cookies. A Google site verification tag is used to verify site ownership, not as an analytics tracker.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the browser requests needed to supply those fonts. You can control cookies through your browser settings. This policy will be updated if the website's tracking or data handling changes.

We may update this policy as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
